• How do I start creating a canvas?

  Go to the "My projects" menu item and select "Canvas". You can now give your project a name and select the size. If you want to work with a passe-partout, select the background colour. Click the "Start now!" button to enter the canvas editor.

• Formats

  There a number of different formats, ranging from the small 30 x 30 cm format to a large 110 x 120 cm format. You will see an overview of the format sizes on the myphotobook.co.uk 3.0 price page.

• Ordering canvases

  Once you have created the canvas, you can order it. Use the Save button to save the canvas and then click the green "Order button". If you have not saved your canvas yet, you will now be prompted to do so.

• Delivery times

  The current delivery times are about 3 working days (excluding Saturdays + bank holidays) once your payment has been received. Deliveries abroad can take up between 4 and 6 working days due to shipping delays caused by the service company.
